First, there is absolutely nothing wrong with any products sold by me. And if you're an auction buyer, if there is any type of fault with any product sold buy me I will let you know up front so you can make an informed decision. Promise.
In regards to pricing, although I have many unique ebooks on this site, I know others are selling some of the same ebooks I have for 10 times the amount I'm selling them for.
Let's be honest, the cost to print an ebook is $0.00. The cost to ship you an ebook is $0.00! Sure, there are costs involved to obtain the resell rights to certain information products or to actually research and write the products but those cost are figured in. Frankly, my expenses now are web hosting fees, Ebay auction fees, and fees to pay for the resale rights for the ebooks I offer you. Of course, I invest a great deal of time to maintaining my sites and I do enjoy being rewarded for that.
The bottom line, though, I would rather make a few pennies from THOUSANDS of sales rather than a few dollars from hundreds of sales. That's just my philosophy. I know other ebook sellers have a different one.

- If I don't like an ebook for any reason can I return it for a refund?
No and Yes! No you can't return it but Yes I'll return your money. In other words you can keep the ebook and I'll still give you a refund. Life is too short to squabble over a buck or two. I would love to have you for a long term customer so I'm sure not going to squeal over an occassional refund.
But do you want to know the truth? Refunds are so rare I don't even worry about them. I know my products are quality and I truly believe that 98% of the people who shop online are honest. If I get screwed by an occassional 2% so be it.
- After I pay for my ebook how long do I have to wait before I receive it?
Your order is available immediately! After you have made your payment, you are then redirected to a page where you can download your purchase straight away.
If paying by PayPal, you MUST click on the Return To Merchant or Continue button or link at PayPal after payment, otherwise you will not be redirected back to your download page.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept and prefer payments through PayPal. It's just easier for everyone. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still use your credit card or debit card to pay for your stuff. Remember, the service fees are charged to me, not you. By the way, if you haven't got a FREE PayPal account click here to get one!
If you absolutely insist, checks or money orders are fine.
- I guess I should ask - what is an Ebook?
The term Ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word. I try to stick with PDF formatted ebooks but that is not always possible.
- Do I need any special software to read an Ebook?
Most Ebooks can be read using your computer's default software although, sometimes, you may need to download additional software.
For Ebooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from Adobe.

If you already have Acrobat reader and still can't open your PDF ebook, you need to upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat which can be downloaded from the above url.
Ebooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word.
Some Ebooks come in .exe format which should be readable on any PC with Windows 98 / me / 2000 / XP, but they CANNOT be read on other platforms like Mac.
You will also need file extracting software such as EZ Unzip ( http://jgoware.com/ezunzip.htm ) or WinZip (http://www.winzip.com) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.
- Why do I have to register online for an account with you?
When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
- Is there any reason why I should not buy from you?
I can't think of one. When you buy from me I promise you will get much more than you pay for.
- I cannot download my purchase! What shall I do?
Simply email me, telling me your name, which product(s) you purchased and what the problem is and we'll get the problem worked out.
- I just paid for my purchase using PayPal, but I wasn't led to a download page?
Did you clicked on the Continue or Return To Merchant link at PayPal after making your payment? You did? In a perfect world, and 99 times out of 100, you should have then been automatically redirected you to your download page.
If that did not happen, no big deal, just email me, telling me your name and which download(s) you purchased and I will manually email you your download links.
- I cannot open my purchase. What shall I do?
Please refer to Question 7 for suitable software that you can use to open or read your purchase. If that doesn't help, email me and we'll get it fixed.
- My problem isn't mentioned here! Now what?
No problem. Email me your question and I'll do my best to answer it.
